Caterham LH & RH larger "GT Le Mans" style mirrors with DPR "Eccles" type mount

GT/Le Mans mirrors - Significantly increased viewing area - LH & RH pair with Eccles mounts

Due to a recent customer request we have brought the larger area Spa GT / Le Mans mirror into our range.  These mirrors have a large glass area for maximum visibility although not all will favour the aesthetics.  Definitely a case of function over form for those who are more comfortable with the larger viewing area.  The significant difference in viewing area is shown in our picture comparisons.

Glass Dimensions: 148 x 68mm (100.64 sq. cm) versus formula mirror 113 x 52mm (58.76 sq. cm).
Mounting Method: Spa black nut.

The DPR version of the Eccles mount is now supplied in a LH and RH fitting complete with a subtle DPR logo. Strong and robust due being CNC machined from aluminium and finished in black anodising.  This mount comes complete with the Caterham hinge fixing pin and the proven DPR pillar mount that allows a Spa mirror to be fitted using the Spa "Black Nut" that completes the supplied part.

The original design came from a member of the Caterham and Lotus Seven Club to provide a mirror mounting solution that would avoid the vibration issues affecting the standard offering. Recently this design was placed in the public domain. We saw that further improvement could be obtained by adding our own DPR pillar mount. Not only does this allow much easier adjustment of the mirror than alternatives but the aesthetics of the design are improved.
